Mugwort herbal extract is commonly taken before bed so that person may have lucid dreams that nights sleep. This herbal remedy is a sedative tonic herb that may help thoses with restlessness or trouble sleeping. Also used as a tonic for the liver, Mugwort also helps to promote good circulation.
