Orders and Returns

Returns & Replacements: 

All claims must be made within 30 days from the ship date.

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk to COVID-19, we have made the decision to temporarily change our return policy. We will not be accepting any returns until further notice.

EnerHealth Botanicals will issue refunds for unused & unopened products returned within 45 days from purchase.  Upon receipt and approval of returned items, a credit will be issued.  Credits will appear on your bank statement in 5-7 business days. No returns or refunds will be accepted after 45 days. There is a $15 restocking fee on all returned orders unless otherwise agreed upon. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you receive the wrong product or items in your order, we will replace at no cost.  

Clearance Sale and Closeout Sale items (30-50% off items) are not returnable.
