Chaste Tree Berry (Vitex) supports the pituitary gland, which plays an important role in female hormonal balance.
Wild Yam provides a source of natural progesterone for the relief of many female issues and monthly cycle symptoms.
To aid the emotional upheaval that often occurs, both Damiana Leaf and Motherwort have uplifting and calming effects to support emotional balance.
Healthy estrogen levels have a protective effect on the heart, and when estrogen levels decline, the heart needs nourishment. We’ve added Hawthorn Berry for its supreme antioxidant qualities and its heart tonic benefits.
Eleuthero Root (an adaptogen) and Oat Seed (a nervine) combine to support hormonal balance even during stressful times.
Nettles bring overall nourishment, and Raspberry Leaf is well known as a women's herb that can tone and support the pelvic area. These herbs work together to create a healthy, balancing formulation. (This blend has a nice, pleasantly herbal taste, too).

Suggested Use:
